2020 System Utility Vegetation Managers Summit
May 5th to 7th in beautiful Akron, Ohio at the FirstEnergy Headquarters.
This is the 12th System Utility Vegetation Managers Summit, an invitation-only program tailored exclusively to Utility Arborist Association (UAA) members that work for electric utilities and are system level managers, or their representatives, with responsibilities and experience in developing and managing the entire scope of their company's vegetation management system.
Due to the event being invitation only, you will require a code which you can obtain from the UAA (email email@example.com) if you meet the requirements above.
If you feel you meet the Summit requirements mentioned above; or if there is someone you feel should be invited, please contact the UAA directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for the registration link and code.
Once the form is completed, you will be contacted by UAA with an invoice for payment.
Please note, that payment is due upon receipt of the invoice with a credit card.
There is limited space for this event so early registration is encouraged!

Hotel reservations must be made by Tuesday April 14th 2020 please.
When calling in to make reservations guests must identify themselves as members of the Utility Arborist Association.
$425.00 Active UAA Member and includes dinner on the night of May 6th (Location TBD)
$465.00 non-UAA Member and includes a one year UAA membership as well as dinner on the night of May 6th
Cancellation Policy: Refunds given if your email cancellation is received to the UAA at email@example.com on our before April 21st minus a $25.00 admin fee.
If after this time no refund can be given due to our reservations for food and beverage has all been turned in. We appreciate you understanding this.
